🔁 Return & Refund Policy – Rabbani Cloth House

At Rabbani Cloth House, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure every product is checked thoroughly before dispatch. However, if you face any issue, our Return & Refund Policy is here to help you.

✅ Return Eligibility:

You can request a return if:

  • The item delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You inform us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

  • The product is unused, unstitched, and in original condition with tags intact.

⚠️ No return will be accepted if:

  • The product has been stitched, altered, washed, or used.

  • Return request is made after 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item was purchased during clearance/sale (unless it is defective or incorrect).

🔄 Return Process:

  1. WhatsApp or email us with:

    • Order number

    • Product pictures

    • Reason for return

  2. Our team will verify the issue and guide you with the return procedure.

  3. The item must be sent back using any courier service by the customer.

  4. Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

💵 Refund Process:

  • Refunds are issued only if the product is out of stock or completely damaged and cannot be replaced.

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash, within 5-7 working days after approval.

For replacement, the same product or a similar article (based on stock availability) will be offered.

📦 Exchange Option:

We offer product exchange for sizing or personal preference (excluding stitched items), subject to stock availability. Return shipping charges apply.
