✅ Return Eligibility:
You can request a return if:

You inform us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

The product is unused, unstitched, and in original condition with tags intact.

The product has been stitched, altered, washed, or used.

Return request is made after 48 hours of delivery.

The item was purchased during clearance/sale (unless it is defective or incorrect).

The item must be sent back using any courier service by the customer.

Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
💵 Refund Process:

Refunds are issued only if the product is out of stock or completely damaged and cannot be replaced.

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash, within 5-7 working days after approval.
For replacement, the same product or a similar article (based on stock availability) will be offered.

We offer product exchange for sizing or personal preference (excluding stitched items), subject to stock availability. Return shipping charges apply.
